St. Patricks Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We took a stroll to the park and drank some green beer (actually we drank good beer and watch others drink the green stuff) in honor of our Irish day.

Inside

We've entered a new faze where it's fun to get inside of stuff! It started with our ovens 'warming' drawer and has expanded to the dishwasher, baby toys, etc. Pretty much anything's game!

Waffles

Yes, the waffle was nearly as big as her head and no, she didn't finish it. Elway took the liberty of doing that for her; he is such a good little 'clean-up crew'. This isn't normally how I feed her breakfast, but apparently this morning I was lazy.

Grass...so scary!

These are pictures from Andrew and Melissa's son Tristan's birthday party. He turned 3! This was Luella's first birthday party and first exposure to grass (the later being an unplesant experience). Okay so you definitely can't tell from these pictures, but she WAS afraid of the grass...and crying. All in all we had fun. Happy Birthday Tristan!

Rocking Giraffe

Hello new rocking horse/giraffe or would it just be rocking giraffe? I'm never sure what to call him. Good thing Luella doesn't understand English yet, or she would probably be totally confused too! Anyway, her new toy is pretty cute (thanks Grandma and Grandpa!) and she is actually getting the hang of 'rocking'. She is such a smart little girl!!

iPood.

Jon and I just celebrated our 6 year anniversary and Grandma was kind enough to come over while we went out on our first DATE since having Luella. Our first stop before heading to our movie was Walgreens to pick up some candy to sneak into the theater, oops did I say that out loud. While shopping, we came across this 'iPood' shirt; eventually our laughter over this hilarious shirt caused a clerk to ask us if we needed any help (apparently Walgreens clerks aren't used to that type of reaction over their clothing). In the end we bought Luella a new shirt. Happy Anniversary!
