Paddle Boating

We went paddle boating on a sunny Saturday. Last year we took Elway out on the paddle boats and he fell in and nearly drown, Jon almost jumped in after him. So this time we bought Elway a life jacket and...well...encouraged him to fall in. It was pretty entertaining.

Afterward we went to Julia Davis Park (and Elway dry off).

27th Birthday

This was my SURPRISE birthday present from Jon, a train ride from Horseshoe Bend to Banks. Spending time relaxing with Jon and my baby girl and enjoying the gorgeous weather, what a perfect day!

Mirror, mirror, on the wall

Oh daddy you are so silly! Luella just loves it when you play with her in the mirror.

Even when she's crying you can sometimes get her to crack a smile if you take her to a mirror.

As you can see below, she wasn't very happy about mommy pulling out the camera again. We went through a faze where every time the camera came out, Luella cried.

Good thing she is over that!

Don't go to sleep yet...

Baby was tired...but mommy wasn't done taking pictures. Smile baby girl, just don't fall off the pillow.

Thank you Grandma

Grandma's gone shopping and now Luella is even more adorable. I've heard that I was quite the shopper when I was a wee one; I know my mom is hoping Luella will follow suit.
